Brian Steffens

Managing Director, Buy-Side Advisory

Brian is a Managing Director on G2’s Buy-Side team, bringing extensive experience in investment banking, deal sourcing, and strategic transactions. He works across a breadth of industries, including Transportation, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. His track record of working closely with business owners and investors allows him to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and value.

Before joining G2, Brian founded and served as CEO of Warren Enterprises, a boutique advisory firm catering to middle-market business owners. He also held senior leadership roles at TruSight, Pursant, and Aaron Capital, where he honed his expertise in M&A advisory and private equity transactions.  

Brian graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and the UCLA Anderson School of Management’s executive program, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions.   

Brian resides in Chicago and enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and swimming. Brian is a certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CMAA).
