Managing Director, Capital Markets

Parm Atwal is a Managing Director at G2 Capital Advisors on the Capital Markets team.

Parm has more than two decades of capital markets and leveraged finance experience, with deep business development, underwriting, portfolio management, and structuring expertise. He has long leveraged his industry knowledge to build new platforms, drive new business, and generate portfolio growth.

At G2, Parm focuses on sourcing and originating financings within the organization’s sponsor universe, where he maintains an expansive network of private equity clients.

Before coming to G2, Parm worked as a Managing Director at Configure Partners, where he helped middle-market companies and sponsors raise debt and equity across diverse transaction types and structures. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Capital One in sponsor finance. Parm has also held leveraged finance roles at GE Capital, Wells Fargo, and Oxford Finance.

Parm earned his B.A. from the University of Chicago, his Master’s in Health Science from Johns Hopkins University, and his MBA from Emory University. He resides in McLean, Virginia with his wife, three children and puppy.

Parm is a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative (Series 79, 63).
