Patricia Reinhardt is a Senior Advisor at G2 Capital Advisors with close to 30 years of experience supporting clients through, mergers/acquisitions, financial and operational restructurings, and challenging negotiations. She is known for bringing a calm voice to stressful situations and working with diverse stakeholders to identify and execute strategic plans with optimum outcomes.
Patricia works closely with G2’s dedicated financial advisory team, bringing in-depth advisory experience across a broad range of industries which includes textiles and furniture manufacturing, large scale baking operations, consumer products, retail, food & beverage products, real estate finance, building products & construction, professional and government services, and educational institutions.
In addition to her role with G2 Capital Advisors, Pat’s established reputation in the financial advisory market has paved the way for a seat at the table of Board of Directors for a number of industry partners. Most notably, Pat serves as a Director on the board of ELM Electrical, Inc. a leading provider of electrical systems & services across the Mid-Atlantic. Pat also is an Advisor to Produce Alliance Foundation, a non-profit that ensures rapid hunger relief to Americans while creating jobs in the food service sector.
Previously, Pat has held seats on the Board of Directors for KLD Research & Analytics, a leading provider of risk management and corporate governance services, Package Machinery, a manufacturer of all high-speed overwrapping machinery for consumer product applications and Circle Furniture, a New England family-owned retail furniture business. As part of being a very active Director, Pat was instrumental in all of their ultimate and successful acquisitions.
Before joining G2, Pat spent over a decade running her own advisory firm, Reinhardt Lippincott & Co., LLC. Under her leadership the firm successfully advised businesses within the lower middle market located regionally across the New England landscape. Prior to launching Reinhardt Lippincott & Co., LLC, Pat served as a Managing Director at DRS Capital, LLC., a private equity fund, CEO of Digi-Block Inc., an educational products company, and President of BOTEC Analysis Corporation, which provides economic analysis of public policy issues.
Pat earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Mary Washington.
Pat enjoys skiing, hiking, gardening and spending time at the beach with her family.
