Ashraf is a Vice President of Industrials & Manufacturing at G2 Capital Advisors with over 8 years of experience in finance and consulting services. Ashraf specializes in advisory services for support of mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling and valuation analysis. Ashraf joined G2 Capital Advisors in 2021.

Prior to G2 Capital Advisors, Ashraf was a Senior Manager at KPMG’s Valuation & Business Modeling Services practice in Boston and spent a year at KPMG’s Deal Advisory group in Tel Aviv. While at KPMG, Ashraf led numerous engagements serving privately held and publicly traded companies as well as private equity firms. Ashraf provided valuation and consulting services for multiple purposes including but not limited to pre and post close merger and acquisitions due diligence, tax, financial reporting, financial restructuring and management’s internal planning purposes. In addition, Ashraf led and performed several financial and commercial due diligence engagements serving high growth companies. Ashraf worked across diverse industries including industrials, semiconductors, healthcare, software, consumer products, among others.

Ashraf graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in Economics and Business Administration and an MA in International Economics and Finance (with distinction) from Brandeis International Business School.

Ashraf resides in Boston with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing tennis, squash, soccer and spending time with his family.
