Derrick Solutions International – Mitch co-founded DSI in 2010 and serves as Chairman of the Board of this Singapore-based company that distributes Derrick Equipment products to Canada, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
Derrick Equipment Holdings LLC – Mitch co-founded this company in 2000 through acquisition and served as President of this entity which was the parent company of Derrick GmbH & Co., KG. This technology-leading German entity was acquired to target the Oil & Gas Drilling and emerging Civil Engineering markets in Continental Europe and was later sold in 2010 as part of a strategic roll-up.
Persistence Software – From 1996-1997, Mitch worked as a Sales Engineer responsible for performing product validation and consulting services for numerous Fortune 500 companies. He assisted in the design, implementation and fine-tuning of large-scale software management systems. These companies included American Airlines, IBM, Federal Express, Detroit Edison and others.
Sabre Decision Technologies – From 1994-1996, Mitch worked as a Senior Systems Developer responsible for the design and implementation of large-scale, Decision Support Systems for the transportation and logistics industries. He was a member of the Cargo SABRE System upgrade team responsible for one of the first Object-Oriented/C++ implementations within the company. In 1995 he was promoted to the Technical Lead position on a $20M strategic Rail Car Asset Management System for GE Capital.
